Shipping Policy 

love billie ships Australia-wide. All packages are sent using Australia Post, at a calculated shipping cost. The shipping costs of your package will be calculated at the checkout. The cost of your shipping will depend on the weight of your package, and the distance to travel.

All orders within Australia are sent with tracking and these details are emailed to you, once the items are shipped.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders $50 or more within Australia only.


We endeavour to ship your package as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours from purchase for your order to be packed and once it is shipped, an additional 1-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.

As we are as kind as possible to our planet, love billie tries to be as environmentally-friendly as possible. We would love for you to do the same, by recycling your packaging from love billie, or even repurposing it if at all possible. 

International Orders

Outside of Australia, love billie ships to the following:

New Zealand
Canada
United States of America
United Kingdom 
Europe (all countries)

For International orders outside of Australia, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

- Economy Air Shipping: Does not include tracking information.
- Standard Shipping: Includes tracking information.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds, returns or exchanges for International orders at this stage. Please get in touch with us if there are any issues with your delivery, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your products when they arrive. 

 

 

Returns Policy

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with us and we will always endeavour to rectify the issue for you. We want you to be 100% happy with your treasures from love billie! 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and skin products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Earrings – due to health and hygiene policies, cannot be returned in any case, regardless if they are unworn.

* Beauty Products – including nail polishes, face sprays, lip sticks, perfumes

* Skin Products – including bath soaks, oil rollers, creams and balms,

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, send it with the returning products, back to us at love billie.

 

Refunds Policy

To return an item, please send an email to hello@lovebillie.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note, that you are responsible for the shipping costs in the case that you return your products to love billie. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse this shipping cost, regardless of whether the returned products are eligible for refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, not for ‘change of mind’ purchases. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lovebillie.com and send your item to:

Breakages and damaged items

All products are wrapped securely for shipping. It's very rare, but in the event that an item is damaged during handling by the shipping provider, love billie cannot take responsibility for the damages incurred once the package has left our HQ.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
